About:

Winter is committed to co-creating a collaborative, affirming space with you - one that honors your expertise and your experiences while gently supporting movement towards your intentions. Her grounded, attuned approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. She works at a pace that honors your nervous system.

Her approach is integrative and adaptive. Winter blends evidence-based work with experiential, expressive, and holistic approaches to support your personal growth. She helps you connect with your strengths as you live with chronic illness.

I specialize in working with these populations:

  • Alzheimer's and Dementia

  • Cancer

  • Cardiovascular diseases

  • Chronic pain

  • Long-COVID

  • Organ transplants

  • Parkinson's

  • Persistent dizziness

  • Pulmonary diseases

  • Spinal conditions

  • Strokes

My expertise comes from:

“I’ve worked with people who have chronic illness and persistent pain for over 10 years in healthcare and yoga settings as a certified yoga therapist. I also have persistent pain. I bring my own lived experience - of working with diverse people in varying stages of chronic illness, hearing their stories as they navigate healthcare, and undergoing my own journey - as a foundation to my clinical work. In addition, I continually seek training to strengthen my clinical skills and better support my clients.”
