Based on your goals and circumstances, we’ll develop a tailored plan that outlines strategies, exercises, and next steps. This ensures therapy is practical, actionable, and aligned with your life.

4. Grow and Move Forward

With ongoing support, you’ll apply the tools and insights you gain in sessions to real-life situations. Each step is designed to help you feel more empowered, balanced, and confident in your journey.

Our Clinical Approach

Living with chronic illness is real, even when others have dismissed your symptoms as "just stress" or "all in your head."

If you're neurodivergent, you may know this dismissal twice over with years of being told you were too sensitive, too much, or not trying hard enough, long before anyone offered real answers.

We see it differently. Trauma, illness, and neurodivergence all shape how your mind and body work together. Your fatigue, pain, racing heart, and sensory overwhelm are your body’s way of trying to communicate. And your nervous system holds onto these experiences in ways that shape your energy, mood, and stress response.

So in our sessions, we work with all of you: physical, mental, emotional, and neurological. Using approaches like Somatic Experiencing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—adapted to fit how your brain and body actually work, not how they're "supposed" to—we'll help your body feel safer, build practical coping tools, and create a life with room for both your struggles and your strengths.
