About Me
Matthew's journey with his own disability informs how he brings compassion, optimism, and an appreciation for the importance of healthy grieving to sessions with his clients. He validates individual experiences, stays in his lane, and serves as a navigator regardless of the stage of his client's journey. He has an appreciation for how science and medicine can serve us, without embracing the assumption that medicine has found all the answers. His clients' complexity, strength, and sheer humanity continue to provide him with awe and curiosity.

Many of my clients come in feeling misunderstood—like they’re carrying something invisible while the world keeps moving.
There’s often a common thread:
Feeling like too much or not enough
Struggling with perfectionism and self-judgment
Navigating the gap between who you are and who you feel expected to be
I created this practice because I know how isolating that can feel—and how powerful the right support can be.
Therapy with me is:
Non-pathologizing
Identity-affirming
Collaborative and honest
Grounded in both clinical expertise and lived understanding
