“I understand that you are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Having moved through the medical industrial complex as a multiply marginalized person, I know what it feels like to be silenced, dismissed, and misunderstood.”
About:
M is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with extensive experience supporting queer, trans, and neurodivergent adults who have found traditional talk therapy insufficient. Specializing in high-performing populations—including therapists, academics, and Type A personalities—they utilize trauma-focused interventions like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). Blending somatic approaches with solution-focused support, M helps marginalized clients turn awareness into purposeful practice, reclaiming agency without relying on pathologizing frameworks.
I specialize in working with these populations:
Long COVID • Septad Super Syndrome • Fibromyalgia • Ehlers-Danlos • POTS • MCAS • HIV • TTP • Endometriosis/Adenomyosis • Dynamic Disability • Stealth Syndromes • Complex Chronic Disease • PMDD • PME • Perimenopause
My expertise comes from:
“I was raised by disabled and chronically ill family members. Growing up, I spent a lot of time in hospitals and other medical facilities and both witnessed and experienced firsthand medical trauma and gaslighting. Prior to becoming a counselor, I worked in in-home and community-based services as a caregiver and case manager for over a decade.”
