About:
Krista Boncheff is an LCSW, ADC who is also certified in EMDR, and licensed in Arkansas. She specializes in chronic illness and pain, dissociation, addiction, and trauma. Krista is passionate about helping people recover from traumatic events, addictions, medical trauma, and helping the mind and body feel more at ease. When Krista is not in the therapy office; she is likely reading fantasy novels, doing yoga, or relaxing and laughing with family and friends.

“I have a long, long history of lived experience. I was born sick, but no one has ever really been able to pin down what’s wrong. I really enjoy working with those who don’t have a diagnosis yet and who have a “mystery illness.” I’ve had training and 1:1 consultation on chronic illness throughout the years in EMDR and somatic work. I really enjoy using EMDR and somatic work with these clients. ”
