I get it.
I’ve spent my entire adult life and my whole career as a therapist figuring out what it takes to
✔ Maintain a calm, centered demeanor in mind and body during horrible flair ups and heated arguments
✔ Connect with friends and family despite years of rocky relationships and fatigue-driven cancelling of plans
✔ Say yes when I mean yes, and say no when I mean no
✔ Verbalize my needs and boundaries in a way that brings friends and family CLOSER, not further apart
And now it’s your turn to learn how to do the same thing.
You and your loved ones have what it takes to rebuild a strong and healthy relationship. The question is, do you believe it’s possible? If not - DM me on Instagram and tell me why. I’ll be honest with you and tell you if I think this program can help your unique situation.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
This is a coaching program, not a therapy program. So it's important to, constantly be checking in with yourself and checking in with me, and if you do feel like you’re experiencing depression or any other mental health condition, then we talk about that and we find you a therapist in your state. Therapists can only practice in the states in which they're licensed in. So it is very important you know that this is a coaching program and not a therapy program.
I take what I've learned from psychology and from research, and I have implemented it into a program that's good for you if you are someone who knows that you can handle what life has thrown at you, but you could just use a little bit of help and kind of getting over these hurdles and these humps. Maybe you just, you haven't quite figured out how to put all the pieces of the puzzle together, and that's what you're here for. You're just trying to figure out "okay, I know that I can have a great relationship. I know that my partner loves me and supports me, and I even know that there's a part of them or all of them that wants to support me. They want to learn how to be better and do better." And this program helps you teach your partner how to do that.
Wondering what the difference is between therapy and coaching?
There’s no doubt that my therapy background informs my work as a coach, there’s just no way for me to separate what I know. However, when I’m working as a coach, I take off my therapist hat, and I do not treat depression or any other clinical diagnosis.
-
A therapist legally has to have a master’s degree and at least 2,000 (or more in some states) hours of post-graduate work experience; is able to diagnose mental health disorders and provide treatment; is required to participate in continuing education every year in order to maintain their license, cannot provide therapy to clients who reside outside the state in which the therapist is licensed.
My main focus as a therapist: extinguishing trauma responses, managing depression, discussing past experiences, and managing mental illness symptoms.
-
A coach has no legal qualifications or expectations. This makes the coaching field highly unregulated, and anyone can call themselves a coach. While I do have the education and background of a therapist, I cannot use my professional privileges in our work together when I’m serving as your coach. This means that if you suspect you’re experiencing a mental health condition, such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, or any other qualifying DSM diagnosis, you must visit a medical professional in your own state to help manage this condition.
My main focus as a coach is to help you remove non-mental health related obstacles from your life so that you can make the changes you want to make. Ex: a therapy obstacle might be your depression preventing you from getting out of bed. A coaching obstacle might be not knowing the language one needs to have more productive conversations.
